The platform simplifies service discovery through smart search, transparent pricing, direct communication, and verified customer reviews, enabling users to make informed decisions while giving local businesses greater visibility and growth opportunities.

Challenge:
Finding reliable local service providers is often frustrating. Existing platforms either prioritize sponsored listings over genuinely high-quality providers or overwhelm users with lengthy, unstructured search results. Users struggle to compare pricing, verify credibility, and communicate with providers before booking. On the other hand, many skilled local businesses receive little visibility unless they continuously pay for premium listings.
The challenge was to design a user-centric marketplace that balances business monetization with trust, ensuring users discover the most relevant providers while giving local businesses fair opportunities to grow.
Role:
Led the complete end-to-end product design process, including competitive analysis, UX research, user interviews, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and design system creation. Designed a scalable mobile experience that prioritizes trust, transparency, and seamless communication between customers and local service providers while collaborating with stakeholders to validate product decisions.
