Rasoi Rasta is a comprehensive restaurant management platform designed to streamline day-to-day restaurant operations from a single dashboard. It empowers restaurant owners and staff to manage orders, inventory, reservations, customer relationships, payments, promotions, and business analytics with ease. The platform combines an intuitive Point of Sale (POS) system with QR menu ordering, real-time reporting, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support smarter business decisions.

Challenge:
Managing restaurant operations through multiple disconnected tools often leads to inefficient workflows, delayed service, inventory mismatches, and limited business visibility. Restaurant owners struggle to monitor sales, track expenses, manage reservations, maintain customer relationships, and update menus across different platforms.
The challenge was to design a unified restaurant management ecosystem that simplifies every stage of restaurant operations—from order management and inventory tracking to financial reporting and customer engagement—while remaining fast, intuitive, and scalable for restaurants of all sizes.
Role:
Led the complete end-to-end product design process, including competitor analysis, UX research, stakeholder interviews, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and design system creation.
Designed a scalable Restaurant POS ecosystem featuring CRM management, inventory management, reservation system, order management, payment processing, expense tracking, finance dashboards with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, menu management, QR ordering, promotions & discount management, and customer feedback management—creating a seamless experience for restaurant owners, managers, cashiers, waiters, and kitchen staff.
